Packages and scope

Published prices such as Launch Lite S$149, Pro Launch S$299, SEO Foundation S$99, GEO Boost from S$199 and Pro + GEO S$449 describe standard starting scopes. Custom software, ecommerce, booking systems, paid ads, copywriting depth, photography, domain fees, email hosting and third-party subscriptions may require separate scope and cost.

Quotation, payment and launch

Final scope, price and timeline depend on the approved brief. A website or workflow is launched after the required information, approvals and payment terms are satisfied. Customers should keep copies of their own domain, platform and third-party account credentials.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, contact details, service descriptions and rights-cleared materials.
  • Review previews and drafts before launch.
  • Buy and own the business domain directly unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.
  • Maintain licenses, third-party accounts and platform compliance for tools connected to the website.

AI-assisted work

AI may help with drafting, summarizing, translation, content structure, automation and internal workflow support. The customer remains responsible for verifying factual accuracy, legal compliance and final business claims before publishing.

SEO and GEO boundaries

Logoshen can improve crawlability, metadata, schema, FAQ, entity clarity and machine-readable summaries. Logoshen does not guarantee Google rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, revenue, or mentions by ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity or any other AI or search system.

Customer proof and case studies

Logoshen only publishes customer names, screenshots, testimonials, URLs, metrics or case studies with permission. Private drafts and unapproved previews are not used as public proof.

Care period and changes

Included care periods, where applicable, cover reasonable support and minor adjustments within the package scope. New pages, major redesigns, integrations, custom automation or large content changes may require separate quotation.

Third-party platforms

Websites and AI-assisted workflows may depend on hosting providers, domain registrars, WhatsApp, email services, analytics tools, payment providers, AI providers or other third-party platforms. Logoshen can help configure these tools where scoped, but does not control their pricing, outages, policy changes or account decisions.

Fair use and acceptable use

Customers must not use Logoshen services to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive or harmful content. Logoshen may decline or stop work that creates legal, security, platform or reputational risk.
